Yesterday while on break from work I saw a girl across the street pushing a baby stroller. ON HEELYS.
Is it me, or is there something terribly wrong about this picture?

| Between the research project and the actual season, I've been geeking
out on hockey to an extent that I haven't since I think middle school.
A large chunk of today was a refresh-o-thon at the Big Body Presence site (Something Awful's
hockey-loving bastard child) as the trading deadline (3p) loomed. Was
hoping for a good Detroit move, and I'd say they made one--Todd Bertuzzi.
He's been injured most of the season, but set to return; when healthy,
he's good for 20-30 goals and 100 penalty minutes in a full season.
More importantly, I think he's the first top-level bastard the Red
Wings have had since Bob fucking Probert.
Semi-random notes: RATM is in fact hitting the East Coast, a gig
in NYC with the Wu-Tang Clan. This was uncovered at the Something Awful
Forums, of which I'm now a member--the final credit card purchase I
will be making for a good while. |
